We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Coordinator to join our Garment team. This role plays a key part in coordinating daily production activities, supporting the team to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets, and ensuring smooth workflow across the full Garments operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with production or manufacturing experience.

You’ll be practical, organised, and confident working in a production environment, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

 

Ko o kawenga | Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily garment production activities to achieve pack-out, productivity, and KPI targets 

  • Support and guide production team members to work safely, efficiently, and to standard 

  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety policies, safe work procedures, and training requirements 

  • Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment usage to maintain production efficiency 

  • Assist with training, coaching, and upskilling team members 

  • Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities 

  • Work closely with Supervisors and Managers to meet operational priorities
