For this role, you'll be process-oriented, results-driven, detail-focused, and a strong leader. You'll bring warmth, empathy, and the ability to build a positive team culture, while leading your team to maintain high safety standards. We're looking for a talented people manager to drive performance and safety at Alsco Uniforms

Ko o kawenga | Your responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of production, optimising plant processes and productivity
  • Work closely alongside the Branch Manager to oversee budgets and control expenses within production
  • Draw upon your experience of efficient manufacturing or labor-intensive processing to coach, manage and review your team
  • Uphold our high standards of safety without compromise

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills in these areas are preferred

  • Experience with risk assessment and hazard management and Safe Work Procedures
  • 3+ years lean manufacturing / process & quality improvement
  • Business and Health & Safety qualifications are advantageous
