Alsco Uniforms is seeking a motivated and customer-focused On-Site Hospital Service Delivery Person to play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Dunedin Hospital. This is more than a delivery role. As the key link between Dunedin Hospital and the Alsco Uniforms plant, you will ensure the timely delivery and management of textiles and uniforms that are critical to healthcare operations. You will be based on-site within the hospital environment, building strong relationships with hospital staff while delivering the exceptional service Alsco Uniforms is known for.

You're a self-motivated and organised individual who can work independently and manage your time effectively. Reliable and customer-focused, you'll build strong relationships, deliver exceptional service, and take pride in representing the Alsco Uniforms brand professionally. You'll also be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and grow the business, while being physically fit and capable of undertaking some heavy lifting when required.
Full training is provided, and all successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment checks.
Ko o kawenga | Your Responsibilities
- Delivering and managing textiles and uniforms throughout Dunedin Hospital
- Maintaining a strict delivery schedule and ensuring service commitments are met every day
- Building strong relationships with hospital staff and identifying opportunities to expand our service offering
- Acting as the key communication link between the hospital and the Alsco Uniforms production plant
- Supporting the implementation and growth of services within the new outpatient building
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving service requests efficiently
- Identifying upselling opportunities and contributing to business growth

- Delivery or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Immediate start preferrable
