As a Service Delivery Person, you'll be the face of Alsco on the road, combining delivery driving with outstanding customer service. You'll manage your own route, delivering and collecting garments, mats, and towels while building strong relationships with customers. This is a physically active, fast-paced role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who enjoys independence, variety. and being on the go.

You're a reliable and energetic individual with a can-do attitude who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You're physically fit, organised, and thrive in a hands-on role where you can take ownership of your route and build great customer relationships.

Full training is provided, all successful candidates must complete pre-employment checks.

Ko o kawenga | Your responsibilities

• Deliver and collect rental products on your assigned route

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships

• Manage your own truck, route, and daily schedule

• Complete manual handling tasks in a physically demanding role

• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance procedures

• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services

• Ensure high presentation and service standards
